All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) as applicable and are subject to change without notice. We strive to provide accurate pricing information, but errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of products you have ordered, we will inform you and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it.

5.3 Payment Terms

Payment must be received in full before services are rendered or products are shipped. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and other digital payment options. All transactions are processed securely.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

6.1 Functional Medicine Programs

• Cancellations requested within 7 days of purchase may be eligible for a full refund
• After program commencement, refunds will be provided on a pro-rata basis for unused portions
• No refunds will be issued after 30 days from the start of the program
• Customized programs may have different cancellation terms which will be communicated at the time of purchase

6.2 Fitness Equipment

• Products may be returned within 15 days of delivery in original, unused condition
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item
• Custom-ordered equipment may not be eligible for returns

7. Shipping and Delivery

For fitness equipment purchases:

• Shipping times vary based on location and product availability
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
• Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout based on location and order value
